In this year’s great taste awards which are known as the Oscars of the food industry. I scooped two gold awards, firstly a 2* gold for my choc-o-toff sauce and also a much converted 3* gold for my sticky toffee sauce. This is true praise itself as there was only 92 3* gold handed out this year across the whole country and with over 6,000 entries this year, no wonder I am very very happy.
Cumbrian Delights has joined Friendly Food and Drink, It is a range of hand-made preserves, chutneys and sauces with links to Cumbria/Lake District with all its varied culinary creations, a true testament to the region.
